Bachelor’s Degrees in Veterinary Subjects

Bachelor’s-level veterinary programs: BVSc and similar professional awards where the national system classes them as bachelor’s degrees, and BSc programs in veterinary science, nursing, technology and biomedical subjects. The study pathway is shown for each so different careers are not mixed.
The word “bachelor” does not show whether a program leads to veterinarian, nurse or technician roles. Professional single-cycle veterinary degrees are also listed under veterinary medicine.

Study pathways in these results

Veterinarian, veterinary nurse, veterinary technician, assistant and academic programs lead to different careers and are not interchangeable. Classification comes from a statement on an official page, never from the award title.

Veterinary medicine25
Programs the source describes as the academic and clinical qualification toward becoming a veterinarian in the stated jurisdiction. Registration or licensing normally requires further steps, and a qualification from one country does not guarantee registration in another.
Veterinary nursing21
Programs preparing veterinary nurses. The role, title and regulation differ by country and are not interchangeable with veterinarians or technicians.
Veterinary technology16
Programs preparing veterinary technicians or technologists, depending on the jurisdiction. This is a different role from veterinary nursing in some countries and the same role under another name in others.
Pathway not classified18
No source we could read states the professional purpose of this program. It is left unclassified rather than guessed from the award name.

How results are ordered: alphabetically by institution, or by most recently checked when you choose that sort. There is no price ranking, because tuition in different currencies, fee categories and bases (per year, per credit, whole program) is not comparable. Adjacent subjects such as pre-veterinary or animal science appear only when you choose a subject. A value we could not verify is shown as “not published”, never as “no”. Items marked Sponsored are paid placements; they never change accreditation information, verification or order. Online programs are not counted as physically located in a state or city, and an institution’s location does not tell you whether it enrols students from your country.
