Veterinary Schools

Veterinary Certificates

Formal veterinary certificates. They are non-degree awards and are kept out of degree counts and degree-only results; the study pathway shows whether a certificate is assistant, nursing, technology or academic training.
A certificate is not an academic degree and does not stand in for a nursing, technology or veterinarian qualification.

Study pathways in these results

Veterinarian, veterinary nurse, veterinary technician, assistant and academic programs lead to different careers and are not interchangeable. Classification comes from a statement on an official page, never from the award title. 18 of these are non-degree awards (certificate, diploma or other postgraduate award).

Veterinary nursing1
Programs preparing veterinary nurses. The role, title and regulation differ by country and are not interchangeable with veterinarians or technicians.
Veterinary assistant training16
Formal veterinary assistant training. It is a different, entry-level role and is never a substitute for a veterinary nursing, technology or veterinarian qualification.
Pathway not classified1
No source we could read states the professional purpose of this program. It is left unclassified rather than guessed from the award name.

How results are ordered: alphabetically by institution, or by most recently checked when you choose that sort. There is no price ranking, because tuition in different currencies, fee categories and bases (per year, per credit, whole program) is not comparable. Adjacent subjects such as pre-veterinary or animal science appear only when you choose a subject. A value we could not verify is shown as “not published”, never as “no”. Items marked Sponsored are paid placements; they never change accreditation information, verification or order. Online programs are not counted as physically located in a state or city, and an institution’s location does not tell you whether it enrols students from your country.
